Most businesses are drowning in their own data
The problem is almost never a lack of data. It’s that none of it is connected. Ten copies of the truth live in ten different systems, none of them agreeing — the CRM says one thing, the spreadsheet another, the website a third. Everyone works from whichever copy is nearest, and the cracks show up as wasted time, wrong decisions, and work done twice.
The value is in the connections
So I don’t start with the build. I start by mapping your data into a knowledge graph you can actually see — your whole business as one living picture of how everything connects. People, projects, content, systems, history: laid out as a map, with the relationships drawn in. Then that map becomes a single source of truth every system reads from, instead of ten copies drifting apart.

It is always revealing: the blog is saying one thing, the videos another, the social feed a third. Seeing it mapped shows you exactly where your story falls apart — and that is usually where the opportunity is hiding.
Right now I’m doing exactly this for a major dance company — their whole archive, their history, even the programmes from their performances, mapped into one connected system you can explore. Arts and cultural archives are full of this: decades of material, siloed on legacy systems, disconnected from the public story. Connect it and make it visible, and it comes alive.
